Using ThreeOasis

ThreeOasis is a platform for publishing profiles, purpose-driven projects, activities, and the results those activities create. By creating an account you agree to use it for that purpose and to keep the information you publish accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything published from it. Choose a strong password and do not share it. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to your account. You must be able to receive email at the address on your account, because we use it for security notices you cannot opt out of.

What you publish

You keep ownership of the content you publish. By publishing it you give ThreeOasis permission to display and share it on the platform. You confirm that you have the right to publish everything you upload, including photographs of other people, and that you have their consent where consent is required.

Prohibited content

You may not publish false identity claims, misleading project claims, harassment, hate content, illegal activity, personal data published without consent, unauthorised photographs, fraudulent fundraising, impersonation, copyright infringement, or content that falsely implies an organisational affiliation.

Consent and vulnerable people

Take particular care with images and testimonials involving children, patients, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and sensitive health information. Only publish these where you hold clear consent from the person or their guardian.

Verification

Verification confirms that ThreeOasis reviewed the identity or project information submitted to us based on the evidence available at the time. It is not a guarantee of every claim, result, financial record, or future activity. We may request more information, decline a request, or revoke verification.

Ownership and disputes

Where a profile or project was created by an administrator on someone's behalf, the person named may claim it, request corrections, or ask for it to be removed. If two people claim the same project, we will review the available evidence, contact the parties, and record the outcome. Our decision is recorded in the audit log.

Moderation

We may hide, remove, or restrict content that breaks these terms, and suspend accounts where necessary. Removed content is retained for a period in line with our retention policy before permanent deletion.

Ending your use

You can request deletion of your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.

Independence

ThreeOasis is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Landmark Worldwide or any of its programmes. Do not publish content that suggests otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
